At least the underwriting is not linked to the price of silver!
I am unable to find the exact date of the underwriting agreement - do others know?
If ASX200 was 4000-4100 at the date of agreement the index will need to be above 3600-3690 - lets hope it stays above these levels.
Considering the big falls in the silver price, providing the ASX200 stays above the required levels this could prove to be a perfect time to do a cap raising.
