    Barnsty - your advice was and is good - Thanks for that excellant explanation. That is pretty much the way I have been trading - the same as your more naive investor friends have been trading - with oversold stochs - the longer term - the better.

    In regards to my decision to sell. It got to the point that if the bear continue/s - I work for another ten years to recupe, as you said, the weeklys can stay south for a very long time.

    I saw an oversold situation on some blueys and started feeding in slowly, increasing as it went further down. In the big picture, that is what 'they' do. Buy on down bars. I was emulating that to a degree - or trying to.

    I thought the odds of me selling on 'THE' medium term bottom have to be slim...surely...don't they!?!

    I am looking to get in a bit cheaper, not, I hope, famous last words.
