as I said in my opening post "back to under 3 c if Mt Mulligan or some form of gold gets hyped up...just my opinion only". So I am aware of the pending courtcase.It was this very fiasco together with the "invitations have been sent and we are ready for the passover ceremony" that cost me a small fortune back in the day. And yes obviously it will be good news if they win.
