Even if a speeding ticket is issued, all that MMX is going to say is there is no new information.

Can someone clarify why anyone would throw funds at OPR when all they have to do is wait 3 months and they can pick it up for nothing, when the government issues the rights to the Chinese.

I have heard that to do this it would put the project back years, however in all honesty, I don't see that they would be any worse off then they are now with no ability to fund the development, and no certaity.

The way I see it we have reached the lowest share price point in the last 6 years. Any other company that followed this sort of trajectory would be expecting to be calling in the administrators shortly.

I think capital preservation is a good thing at this point, as there is nothing that I can see supporting this company.
