So you are going to vote NO because the somebody told you they were worth more.. Well they are not necessariily wrong, they are worth more, but its time and risk that you are exposing yourself to to extract that higher vaue.

How much more are you willing to spend abalone to see that $1.80 value?

I would hardly think that $1.52 to $1.80 is being led down the garden path? Hell thats even within 20%.

Sounds like you need to NOT forget flows metrics etc and start doing some research. Not management that led you down the garden path, in fact, I dont think anybody has. If you rcall WHTM previous valuations on other takeover targets..they have all been above the takeover offers, or where you not aware of them?
