There was an article in ths SMH today saying that the west is looking for alternatives to the use of REEs for these tasks. Perhaps the market believes that an aternative will arrive sometime soon.
Or perhaps the market beleives that global credit will disappear and that projects needing a lot of funding will never find it?
Or perhaps the market is just in panic mode. . .. that is usually the time to buy. . . . if you have any money.
