I suspect around 5 to 6 trillion, if you take about 10 million homes and assume a median of around 550K

'What is the value of Australian residential mortgages.'

Around a trillion.

'What is the percentage of credit that funds these mortgages from overseas credit institutions.'

Have read that aussie banks hold between 80 to 89% of all resi mortgages. so say 10 to 15% are written by OS banks.
