An announcement of an overseas contract could come anytime, as has been proven in the past by South Africa and New Zealand. Although there has been a significant dilution in the companies securities with the recent capital injection from Mizuho International I wouldnt discount the possibility that bears could get savaged in the event of an unexpected favourable announcement regarding a new contract.
