After giving them one week to do a deal I'd guess ANZ have now extended this by a final 48hrs otherwise it's 'curtains'.
Disturbing for shareholders to read in the announcement that they are still 'negotiating' the deal - I would have thought they needed to be at the 'preparing paperwork' stage if they're to pull this deal off in time.
