Dont trust hartleys, they are bottom feeders
The word "declining" was the crusher here
as water is removed, it should be eaiser to flow hence the gas flow should be increasing
it is not the case here, water is being sucked out but the gas rate is declining
hartleys reckon its a misinterpretation, page-14
