A resource is nothing if you cannot deliver it to your customers. I seriously hope that PDY get involved with the rail and port infrastructure. Why the current OPR deal is being drawn out, is beyond belief. I doubt anything of any significance will change between now and deal's expiry.

And you're dead right, too many posters only post about the good, whilst conveniently turning a blind eye to other issues.

It's human nature to only see what we want to see, and ignore everything else, or worse, try and discredit it with some flimsy reason to try and justify our own emotions.

"If you're not happy then SELL" is a prime example of posters not being able to accept various points of view, or worse, not accepting there can be downside and risk attached to investing. It's a very lame type of reply.

A simple "yeah, you do actually have some valid points" is too hard for some posters to swallow and admit.
