Why did I use 30%?
It seems to be a current industry standard. Most institutional investors seem to be happy to part with their shares with that sort of premium. Anything less than that and they say no.

Good to see OZL up.

Did you notice that SFR went up but only 1.4% compared to OZL at 8.5%. Would it be too early to call a pattern here in the past week:- SFR drops more than OZL and OZL rises more than SFR.
