Kincella made a point early in the thread about copy right protection on a photo. I went to load a simple photo of some shorts burning, yes, shorts, for the DJIPIN theme, shorters getting burnt. It was from fickr, said I needed to ask for permission. Needless to say I can just move on and find one without copy right protection.
But if you have a unique photo and don't want it 'exploited', then copy right it. Don't ask me, I don't know how to do it.
