consolidation, page-5

gotta declare chaps; reading about proposed consolidations at this stage of the game makes my skin crawl.

have not had one consolidation reap any benefit in my short experience. RES and CCC and the dog like GDA.

Generaly pleased with this update after picking up a few yesterday at 1.5 to average down.

Would have hoped for some earlier stuff on Togo; another quarter rolls on.
