Funky, I think you are giving the "lowest volume in the last 3 bars" a little too much importance. Last nights DJIA volume, while a little less then the previous 2 bars was still relatively strong. I've always felt that rule gives people the false impression to ignore the recent history because it is so exact in its definition.
