The key questions are eskom and transnet once there solved we will be ok.
Ask about these When will they be signed ect whats the hold up, how much of the rail contruction are we going to have to organise, i have the feeling that transnet are not very competent, well SA in fact. From my SA's friends they say its going backwards quite quickly. They need outside people to get things done.
