I have no idea just throwing a wild theory out there:
Is it possible they are raising cash to buy another company, such as Deep Yellow or ACB? $70million is not enough for DYL but maybe enough for ACB? would this make sense for them?
This has been the worst performing stock for me by far, I got in at the beginning of the year, but will hold for decades if I have to.
