anthony, the presentation released today says PDN is in compliance with all debt covenants so it can't be that (refer bottom of page 20 of today's presentation).
As someone said I will reserve judgement till the details are released but surely management have a responsibility to act better than this. Usually when this happens management says that we have no control over the markets but that doesn't absolve them of their responsibilities and let them screw retail holders.
