I think that ESI need to appoint 2 directors. One can speak Chinese (Mandarine) and other can speak Vietnamese.
Vietnam / China will be main ESI markets.
If Tincom dose not work out, then ESI may have another vietnamese customer.
ESI should have more than one customer in China.
