lescat, maybe you should get out a bit more, last 6 months I have seen plenty vendor bids, last 4 auctions in fact, 2 sold post auction not sure of the status on the other 2. get a grip. i am neither a bear or bull just telling how it is as an informed property owner in the inner west.
