Some share price moves to keep an eye on in the market:
CSG (CSV) up 30c to $1.02: Has received a non-binding, indicative and confidential takeover proposal at $1.20 cash a share with no adjustment for the 3c final dividend to be paid on October 4. The board has yet to form a view on the proposal.
QANTAS AIRWAYS (QAN) down 4.5c to $1.405: Selling continues despite the ACCC authorising a joint business agreement between Qantas and American Airlines.
TOX FREE SOLUTIONS (TOX) up 1c to $2.11: Has agreed to acquire Pilbara Waste based in Port Hedland for $4.54m in cash. Tox Free will assume the current vehicle finance leases to the value of $1m.
AINSWORTH GAME TECHNOLOGY (AGI) down 3.5c to 33.5c: The Missouri Gaming Commission has issued a preliminary order of denial, subject to AGI's rights of appeal and judicial process. AGI will lodge an appeal to have this decision heard by an independent hearing officer.
METGASCO (MEL) up 2c to 35.5c: Follows purchase of a 6pc interest by ERM Power (EPW), which is up 1.5c to $1.35.
CATHRX (CXD) up 3c to 14.5c: After conducting diligence with two potential European licensees, CathRx has granted one of them a period of exclusivity to finalise due diligence and complete a formal agreement for the development and commercialisation of CathRx catheters.
SENEX ENERGY (SXY) up 0.5c to 43.5c: Production has resumed at Growler oilfield in the SA Cooper Basin. Production is also due to commence within days at Vintage Crop-1 in PEL 516.
GOLDEN RIM RESOURCES (GMR) up 1c to 12.5c: Has agreed to acquire a gold project in far SE Burkina Faso. The Diapaga Project comprises four adjacent permits and covers 960 sq km.
KIMBERLEY RARE EARTHS (KRE) up 1c to 13c: Signed a heads of agreement with Great Western Mining that sets out the terms of a farm-in JV in which KRE can earn up to 90pc of the non-gemstone rights in the Malilongue project, NW Mozambique.
