Yes, I must apologise as the AWE announcement does refer to an appeal. All going well they should still be able to start testing near the end of 2011 subject to the appeal failing.

However, with the equipment now going over to the NT, this is a good time for a appeal now while the equipment is being used elsewhere. Couldn't be better in that respect as there is a delay anyways with the fraccing gear away. Just have to be patient because we are imho sitting on a good thing
