Zehav, takeovers are usually done at a 30% premium to the VWAP. In this case though, with Marble Bar holding most of the votes, I expect it to be at a 30-50% premium to their average price. Currently, that average is about 1.8c. However with another capital raising required, that average could be brought down substantially.
