From my opinion, dilution is main concern for NAE
due low market cap, 20M capital raising is quiet deadly for current share holder
If NAE do CR at 12 cent again, it will have 270M share. 200M share issued in 2012 is too optimistic
at least I am not going to buy any share until finnal dilution done.
