here is some info from an ASIC search:

It shows the company was set up on 8th March and at this time was called PRIORITY ONE REWARDS LTD before they cahnged the name.

You can download the constitution for a fee but this is more of a legal doc and won't have any financial info in.


However this doesn't mean there wasn't another legal entity operating prior to March 2011 which the directors were involved in.

On a side note you can get financial info from any company registered with ASIC, through their website.
