now it is a bit the same as insured group, companies change names as business changes, to reflect what they are now doing, insured group for instance is pretty much a reverse takeover or back door listing

as I have said I have known Richard Li for many years, he is not a con artist and nor am I, he will only do what is best for GCN shareholders, I have many years ago been to meetings with him, to seminars, etc

I have been invited to see their record studio and am trying to find the time, I will make an effort maybe next week to visit, notice I said record studio, to new people reading this GCN has a lot of things going on, mostly music based,
but this P1 deal is a bit different but come about due to their worldwide IPTV deal with the large T.V. manufacturers, I have no doubt it wont be the last deal.

So while P1 is extremely important , and could be a company maker, they have other opportunities now and no doubt in the future.

I think the worry here is the P1 offering seems to good to be true, and people are wondering why the sp has not rocketed and is still sitting at 1.7

If the sp rose to 5 cents there would be less doubters, I still say we are in for a last min run up.,

in any case this is real, O.K. I and others might be a little overoptimistic,
and someone said what happens at worst,
say P1 traded only at 15 cents, that would still be a bonus of 2.25 cents, or more than 100% bonus.

it all comes down to the current price of GCN and some punters saying well it just cannot be true,

P1 business is new, they have no access to IPTV or sales via iphone etc, that is where GCN comes in, they were the missing link.,

you or I can set up an online shop, but you and I don't have a deal with LG and Sony, or windows mobile, or the rest.

so what P1 did last year has no bearing on what they are now planning, and now they have China thanks to Richard,

Again, look to tomorrow not yesterday, for yesterday is gone, will never see it again. yes learn from yesterday to help plan a better tomorrow.

Proof of 30 cents is the key, by way of valuation or acceptance to buy a sizable parcel. when we see that, it is on.
