I thought SFR had 149.9m shares + 10.4m options This gives a total of 160.3m. (Investor roadshow 1/9/2011 - page 7)
1% of 160.3m is 1.603m
If OZL purchased 1.8m shares, then it is more than 1%, and the ASX should have been notified.
Either my numbers are wrong or the West Australian is telling a little fib........
Can someone please check or clarify.
