Jonesboy there is a difference between Hot copper fantasy and real life.I don't know about you I make my way, half the people waiting to by closer to city most likely won't have job if conditions justify there called falls, so it's moot what half a waiting for. Life is littered with hand sitter tyre kickers, could have, should have people. And most seem to have migrated to the property thread. It's never there fault they can't get what they want, it's the baby boomers, it's the banks lending to much, it's the government or property spruikers. I think a few need to wake up smell the roses you don't always get what you want, if your average Joe get used to it your staying in the outer suburbs, nothing wrong with that, but a bit of a drop still doesn't change your place in life maybe hard work might but hoping no chance.
