    I hear everyone's concern about the financial situation.

    We've been here for years. Back in 2009, following the Assure Fast "deal", the company was all but bankrupt. The Board announced such.

    IMO, if it didn't happen then, when there were no sales, why would it happen now?

    BUT, we do nedd some cash fast.
