Our plans to list on the NASDAQ market in the US were announced last September, and while the
process has taken longer than anticipated, we remain committed to the process and look forward
to providing further details in due course. The Company is of the view that a NASDAQ listing will
provide a listed structure that better meet the needs of our investors in both Australia and the US.
