Boss I'd never question how you make your way, and I wholeheartedly agree with you about the benefits that come to those who work hard, but I just can't accept the notion that the property thread is filled with tyre kickers and wishful thinkers. While you clearly resent the negativity on the thread, it is merely a reflection of the state of the current market. No more, no less. And, for what it's worth, while it's not the baby boomers 'fault', their impact on the current market cannot be questioned. Plus, banks HAVE been lending too much, and the government HAVE played their part. These aren't excuses, they're facts. This is 'real life'.
