Obviously I misunderstood the appendix B ann. yesterday as I thought that the 13 mill. options with strike prices between $1.80 and $2.20 were exercised.
If so, the owners of these shares would now be well under water and to have exercised these shares they must be expecting a much higher offer.
Or am I totally mistaken?
