100% agree! Good luck with the reply, I wouldn't hold my breath, but at least you are putting your pen to paper and say that you tried.
Turning up to the AGM is another way. If not to vent to the management, at least as a spectator sport! Will be interesting to see how Clifford and Joyce handle it. Will they take it on board or just be dismissive? I'm going for the latter.
