I agree with what you are saying bigukraine, the only point I am making so far is that on the details we have received to date suggest in my opinion that the negatives (low cash component) are outweighed by the positives (financial security, expansion potential, a big experienced company on the register etc).

Of course we need the full details, but really we can only comment on what is officially out there, the rest is just speculation and we saw how accurate that turned out with the potential figures thrown around.

To be honest I don't see that many uprampers here talking up sky high share prices. When I think upramper I am seeing all sorts of crazy predictions about share prices rising rapidly and in an unsustainable manner. For people like myself and zmans who have held LCY for a while now where there was not a lot happening these are exciting times as there is big things in the works some of which can certainly transform this company if things are done right.

I'm excited on the potential this offer has to actually see us make production rather than just drill & explore and dilute in the process like so many small caps.

Similar I've only spotted 1-2 posters I'd consider downrampers with seemingly an alterior agenda or just pure dislike for the stock. There's no problems with people who don't like the deal so far or don't see value in LCY, each person is entitled to their opinion.

For the record if the final details come out about the offer and they don't seem positive to me about LCY's LONG TERM future I'll sell out or vote no. There's no problems on my part only making a small profit but I'll wait and see, there's just no point speculating and always assuming the worst. From my experience the way this has all been handled is not much different to any other cornerstone investor I've had come on board other stocks I've held and all have benefited from it in the long run.
