I believe the entitlement will be exactly like a renouncebale rights issue. Shareholders will be entitled to buy 1 CUE share for twenty cents for each FIVE shares held on the day the prospectus is issued or a date soon after.
Then there will be a two to three week period when entitlements can be traded on the ASX.
ATM the entitlement is worth 4 cents. (SP = .24)
Who agrees? Other explainations??
