They all need a place they can afford to live in.
That's the bottom line.
People share or live in sub human accomodation if they can't afford a nice place.

One reason WA has slumped and will do in the future is the debt way to many people put on themselve in the last couple of years.
All on the perception of higher income growth and rising house prices. Use the house as an ATM and we earn a lot more in the future anyway because we live in a boom state.
House is coming crashing down on them and it's not funny as a lot of my friends will be affected. I used to own two houses but now I am renting. Nevertheless I don't enjoy peoples live being ruined. But imo it willl happen, at least in WA,like it or not.
