19 million shares missing? kirribilli is right.
This 19 million shares is that $2 million dollars ECE injected earlier (through a private company, should be a major shareholder of TNG). So this 19 million shares will keep share price below 11c before all approvals. I expect share price will stay below 11c for a while. Still good chance to get more shares. After ECE get all approvals, share price should move up quickly.
