Kos had strengths and weaknesses like any other human.
He was NEVER CEO material. He had absolutely no CEO quals or strategic connections. No skin means no respect for SP .
His dad Con Galtos qualified him as the most suitable candidate.
Con interviewed how many other candidates ???
Who put Con in charge ???
Con HAD to step down under the cloud that was SP based at that time. Between Galtos Mk1 and Galtos Mk2 the share price was decimated. A more prudent and responsible CEO would have stepped down as was the case with his ol'man... but as it turns out,,, all that happened was a perpetuation of the muppet show.
I can understand supporting him as a cub deal consultant,,, but never as a CEO.
It was irresponsible to come out and tell shareholders you have L plates on,,, but you are steering the ship to safer waters. Who was giving him the nav coordinates ?
