You don't have to agree with Gillard, but she has guts.
I said back in 2007 that times would turn hard and re election of any PM was unlikely. Well as it turned out changing leaders stalled that scenario.
I do expect a Lib victory in 2013 as the masses think that political change can change their fortune.
What they don't realise is that hard times come regardless.
The Libs should thank their lucky stars they didn't regain power in 2007.
They would have be blamed for the troubles that followed and Labor may have had a decade of ascendency in the aftermath instead of a likely brief spell.
