oh aussies are not so smart

Chinese are smart? Only if you compare to the not so smart Aussies. Can't get this of my chest until I write this.

We can stop blaming the low ball offer Chinese, bad SDL management for the junk TO price. Instead we should blame the Australians banks, institutions, government, BHP, RIO for the disappointing price.

The Chinese wins because they have the support from banks and government! What do we get? A pitiful minimal funding from all above agencies that limited our market cap to 1.3B, preventing the development of world class asset. Our Superfunds cannot invest due to asset weighting allowances! Our banks can't lend due to risks! Our government won't support because they are blind! BHP and RIO will also get the fun when IO monopoly gets broken down in coming years.

Thanks for the not so smart Aussies, we have given away this for a ridiculous price. Having said that, better than nothing for shareholders as alternative is ZERO for SDL if funding cannot be secured.
