Affordable for some I guess,and possilbly a living nightmare for others that have brought at the top of the market,(and no I do not own property at the moment),and who would want to own something that according to all reports and opinions,is going to worth nothing in the future anyway,no point putting money into something that is going to its value,and never regain it,and apparently has no hope of future growth.
