I think the 30 days extension period would expire on 9 Oct 11 (ie. 30 days from the original due date of 9 Sep 11 - and not 30 days from when the extension was granted on 5 Sep 11). I thought I would raise this point early - just in case you start to down ramp the stock on 5 Oct 11 where no announcement is made.
