I am just wondering, it may well be, all those extra smart stock market traders, or those who panicked and sold in 1999 before the crash of 2000....and the rest who panicked in 2007....and bought property.......or sold out anytime since the GFC of 2007..are the recipients of the stable house prices....
as an alternate good ,safe investment asset...

who now heave a sigh of relief ....they are not the stock market bears....( they were, but got out, in the nick of time)

or the others, the average worker, not stockmarket guru, nor gold, commodity , nor hedge fund, or bond gurus....

who finally succumbed to the marriage scenario, with the woman's concerns, regarding....building the nest...for the breeding season....
and marital and family life...regardless of their status, or wealth....
*** who was astute enuff, to recognise interest rates would stay low, and panic would set in for the rest of the world...

the subject that no-one wants to raise or discuss here is...

Australia has a very attractive and social welfare program, which is very generous for immigrants and refugees.....a huge incentive to come here...all those resources....the raping on our land...easy money...while the rest of the world burns....

immigrants are...possibly 50% are wealthy and see OZ as a very attractive lifestyle....they will invest in a lifestyle here, including owning their own homes....money is not problem, hence the millionaires and mansions...

the other 50% are incredibly poor, and reliant on welfare...
they are dependent on affordable housing...provided by the private sector....
they are demanding, that they too have the same rights as the wealthy immigrants....

    hence the disconnect...in attitude....

hence the two very different attitudes one is witnessing in the OZ housing market....

the problem is the 2 classes of society....
    food for thought.....
which class do you fall into....?

    Australia is a lucky country....
some are lucky, just having a job, a roof over their heads, and a healthy happy family.....they want, need nothing more...
so what is all the fuss about...
why all the agro about housing on this forum....

is it simply just 'chest thumping' from some wannabee's ?
