If someone is looking and is interested in us, they wouldn't give a damn on how many shares there are in circulation. For, in the end, the money they will put on the table will not change. The only thing that will differ is the amount that will be paid for each share in circulation.
An example in that regard was posted in this forum the other day.

Besides, I fail to see a Company Director telling anyone something that has not been previously released to the market. And, IMHO, if someone has approached us and showed interest, it should be something that should be released to the market as well.

Gosh, I am not trying in any ways or form to say that I don't believe that you have been told as much. But, IMO I don't believe that that Director is telling you the whole thing because he/she would be running the risk of knowingly passing on some insider information to a single investor.
Good luck to them if they ever get caught doing that. Because they will have a lot of explaining to do with ASIC and the ASX, if they did.

IMHO, the story of the capital Reconstruction being good for our shares is just a fallacy that does not float. And, in all of my years of investing, I have never seen/experienced one single time in any capital restructuring that I was invetsed in, that shareholders did benefit from that action alone. The Direcors and Management may have, but definitely not me.

I would like to hear other people's views on that.

Anyway, the restructure has been approved and we will soon find out if someone will come out of the woodwork now and take us over, or it was just a lot of Bull's Excretia.
