Much well researched speculation and both companies themselves are confident of the 30c valuation, that said it's still unproven officially so it's deemed speculation :)
What todays closing price means for proposed value of GCN on p1 deal alone going off latest ANN:-
Buy a 100k GCN at 2.7c = $2700
FREE approx 13k p1 at 30c = $3900
GCN close =2.7c
p1 value =3.9c
total value of p1 deal alone if valued at 30c = GCN 6.6c
A conservative person may say GCN volume weighted price is 1.8c so it has added .9c for p1 deal ontop of GCN's normal trading range,
IMO it's not unrealistic for at least 50% or so of an upcomming speculative value to be added on a SP minimum even in a bad market, in a good market you would sometimes see an inflated value peak in a Share price.
So given that conservative 50% theory 1.8c plus half of 3.9c would equal GCN trading at around 3.75c by friday close.
Not saying this will happen it will either go lower or higher I'm just throwing out there a point of view some may find helpfull
If GCN is still trading below 3c by friday I for one can't wait to see the closing bell!!
To be safe in qualifying for free shares as per ANN
buy by close Friday 7th OCT
hold till Monday 17th OCT
all IMO
