Just to clarify, in no way am I suggesting STB will be a takeover target at the moment. Having spoken to Laurie he wants to get this to mine, and the share register is tightly held. So if STB mine 1.25mill of potash a year, at a cost of $200 per tonne, I have taken worst case scenrio but realistically this would be less. So 1.25mill x Potash current price less cost price($490-$200) = $362mill per annum.

At the moment we seem near to capitulation on the ASX and most Ozzie companies are not being priced on fundamentals, rather fearmentals. A lot of them are going to get snapped up at bargain prices, so what have we left for the next generation, step up the future fund, like HK did.
