If what you say is true, why wouldn't management pursue a cap raising or SPP to raise the dough. After all, its not like its a squillion bucks or anything.

And on top of that, why would HG come out and say we've been approached by a company regarding a possible takeover. Since its a market sensitive time, he obviously can't sell his shares so rule out a pump and dump.

It all seems a bit strange to me and this negative flurry all at the time when the Dow has dropped 500 points in the last two days.

I know our LHD community is small, but I would very much appreciate further discussion on this.
