The CEO letter refers to ANNOUNCEMENTS prior to end of the calendar year and in the F500 announcement refers to FINALIZATION of agreements in September.

IMO ISN would have said ANNOUNCE a finalized agreement if that is what they meant.

ISN should have made it clear, but I don't think they said in the MOU announcement that a finalized agreement would also be announced in September.

I also know that a large F500 company can be very deliberate and they take as much time as they feel they need.
