    these people we are talking about are specialist in the field of manipulation of the share price for these lowball offers to take place in the first place and they call it legal when will regulators wake up and stop this practice taking place,they are gutless,and they dance to the tune of the brokers.and also why did management agree to the offer at all,we shall call it no trust in management
