Becasue it is a relevant question regarding making promises , if there is a simple explanation as to why it didnt go ahead it could clear doubts I and any one that is aware of it should have .
The same process was undertaken overseas by 2 other companies with the same contractor and this can be seen on the contractrs web site , but zero in resp;ect to this
